Bes gal not updating
Update Star includes support for many languages such as English, German, French, Italian, Hungarian, Russian and many more.
when i add the user to domain admins as a test i do get the error the name could not be resolved, the name could not be matched to a name in the address list.
Please let me know if you do have some other suggestions for me to look at, as i am clueless at the moment appreciate your help ralph Randy, sorry for not being clear....

Thanks Ralph Hi Ralph, First, OWA doesn't use AL/GAL, it uses direct LDAP search in AD which specified in ms Exch Query Base DN attribute.
Second, check the Show In Address Book attributes in ADSI Edit for the BESADMIN account: Like: " CN=Default Global Address List, CN=All Global Address Lists, CN=Address Lists Container, CN=Org, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Services, CN=Configuration, DC= Hi Randy, i did check the steps you suggested already, unfortunately this did not bring the solution.
